About me
Guillaume Turcotte is a GIS professional whose 18-year career has spanned multiple industries including academia, consulting, utilities, and natural resources. He joined the Washington Surveying and Rating Bureau (WSRB) in 2023 to lead its GIS team. The 5-person team is tasked with maintaining the GIS architecture and managing its spatial data, assuring timely and accurate delivery of information to our customers.
