About me
Daniel Welch is underway on a second career in GIS after a successful career as a product owner of electronic group-polling systems for opinion and media-evaluation research with Dialsmith, Inc. Upon completing the PCC GIS certificate program this June, Dan looks forward to bringing his technical, client, and project management experience to bear in GIS-adjacent endeavors, with interest in analysis, programming, remote sensing, and data inquiry applied to municipal geospatial questions.
