Emma Brenneman is a GIS Technician III with the City of Portland’s Bureau of Transportation, where she leads efforts to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability across transportation systems. Her work focuses on developing accessible web maps and applications and supporting ADA compliance initiatives for public-facing GIS tools.
Prior to joining the City, she worked as a GIS Analyst at ICF on the Data Analytics and Technology Team, where she supported environmental, climate resilience, and transportation planning projects for federal, state, and local clients across the U.S. She brings a background in geography and extensive experience in spatial analysis, data management, and applied GIS.
