About me
Erin Zipper is a designer and educator who is passionate about using visual communication to make important ideas accessible to new audiences. She attended Parsons The New School for Design and Eugene Lang College, completing a B.F.A. in Communication Design and a B.A. in Urban Studies, and is currently persuing advanced studies in GIS. Her information graphics have appeared in Colorlines, Utne Reader, Jezebel, Slate, and other news outlets. She is passionate about sustainable, active transit and improving cities to support life thriving in balance at every level. She has taught art and design from first grade to college in schools, community centers, and prisons.
